Next steps - Contact our office by email to confirm your chosen property & reserve it. You will have 24 hours to pay the holding deposit £100.00 & complete the application form. 

Once you have paid the deposit of £100.00 this is held & would go to your first month’s rental. The admin process & referencing will then be started. Once the process is satisfactory & completed, our team will contact you to arrange your move-in date.

Then you will be asked for your security deposit which is usually 1-month rent plus, 1 week (5 weeks rent). This will be held in a government scheme by the landlord to be returned at the end of the rental period once a check out appointment has been completed then, the first month’s rent will be payable upfront. Once this has been done, we will meet you at the property at an agreed time to hand over the keys to go through an inventory document for you to check & sign as to the condition of your room & any contents.
